Sylvans (also pronounced Silvans) are a race of hamadryad-type elves that have a faint resemblance to the trees, in which they inhabit within the world of Narnia. Created by Aslan, these beings are not connected to any tree in Narnia and would eventually live longer for a few centuries until their lifetime ends.

Sylvans are humanoid, with bark-like skin and long, slender appendages. They have leaf-like hair that is colored in appropriately leafy colors: red, green, yellow, and orange.
