Rhinos are one among the talking beasts that live in Narnia. They have been present since the dawn of Narnia's history, when Aslan sung them into existence.

In MN, the rhinos have risen out of the ground and began to roll around in dirt of joy. When the first council began, the black, Indian, and white rhinos became loyal to Aslan. during the coronation of King Frank and Queen Helen 1, the rhinos cheered with their heads springing up and down for joy. The Rhinos would do anything for their creator, and not doubt Aslan through the Narnian years.

In LWW, the Black, Indian, White and Woolly Rhino went to Aslan's camp to build an army along with their neighbors the Rhinotaurs. During the battle, one of the rhinos tried to help Orieus the centaur to charge at the white witch, but failed when taken down by an Ankle slicer. Rocky the rhino and his fellow rhinos charge very hard to whip out most of the witch's army since they could take down everyone, including the giants. By the time Aslan arrived with a larger army. They rhinos overjoyed of seen their creator alive.

After the war with the White Witch, the Golden Age begun, and newer animals began to involve in the land of Narnia. A new species of rhino joined in, Embolotherium, a prehistoric rhino that lived 36 million years ago. But these ones are a size of normal rhinos in Narnia, while the ones in earth are 8 ft. tall. Although Embolotherium are willing to support Aslan and the kings and queens of Narnia, their not the brightest of beasts, due to their brain being a size of an orange. Still their one of the successful groups of talking beasts who are very rare, they have been found migrating to the eastern part of Narnia along with the Migrating Centaurs, Unicorns, and other animals, every year though, some herds are in a sorry state.
